Meet Your Guide 👋 

Hi! I'm Kyle Ashlee and I'm honored to be your guide.

I’m a mindfulness coach, yoga teacher, and dad of two young daughters. I used to live in constant stress, reacting instead of responding—until mindfulness changed everything.
Now, I help people build grounded, compassionate daily practices that lead to real transformation. This workshop is my way of sharing the tools that helped me reclaim joy in parenting, purpose in my work, and presence in everyday life.
